Rep. Tom Davis, my former congressman. He’s retiring this year, and his Fairfax County seat has been taken over by a Democrat.

Along the same lines, Frum also write here that the GOP needs to move beyond Joe (Sam) the (Not a) Plumber and compete again for college educated middle-class by proving again their trustworthiness on economic issues and chilling with the culture war stuff.
