The subprime mortgage and abandoned house crisis in Cleveland that I mentioned a couple weeks ago is making its way into the city’s wealthy suburbs, says Money Magazine. Similar stories are being written in cities all over the country, especially where the housing market was overheated the first half of this decade. Housing is going to continue to be an issue in 2008, I’m sure. Especially if the government keeps coming up with bad bail-out schemes. I’m no expert, but I say save up your money for a whopping down payment, and get in cheap the second half of the year.
